better not to install. I wanted to install, but stupid win xp deleted all my partitions, even though I asked for one.

So, what I did. Is first XP, then win7.

but, be carefull if you install xp after win7.

if it doesnt boot, that is the problem of cd or u didnt choose to load from cd first before hard drive in boot settings

uh senti dont do it. If you already have win 7 with your data on, the empty space u see is not where win xp is going to be installed.

U have to create 2nd partition for another OS but if you do that now it will fuck up win 7, because data is spread all over disk. I did that and i had to format it. So if format is an option do it, otherwise leave like it is.

mike i also tried to run bf from win 7 in a compatibility mode with win xp sp3 as administrator (as i read somewhere) but it didnt work.
or maybe i didnt install it in proper order. first i installed 1.61 patch and then i cracked the original bf so maybe that was the problem. how do you run bf from win 7?

as mike i run bf on win7,
my setting are: compatibility win XP service pack 2.
i didn't installed the 1.61 patch i just put patch switcher than crack and now it run only on 1.61 without problems.
At the start, when i used bf for first time on win 7 it crashed every time but now it doesn't anymore.
